Please direct your questions to Thistle Thursday coordinator, Gerry Christman and Fleet 66 and for any additional information. | THISTLE SAILING Contact: clsa.thistlefleet66@gmail.com Thistle Fleet 66 is performance racing fleet that organizes one-design events including the Hike Out on Route 66 Regatta in June and the Painkiller Regatta and September. CLSA is home to 14 Thistles. Thistles can be found sailing most weekends at our club. Our fleet also has Thistles that are available for qualified skippers to sail. There is no charge to experience this high performance sailing. Please let us know if you are interested in using our boats. THISTLE THURSDAY Thistle Fleet 66 sails on the water on Thursday evenings from May to October. These informal races start at 6pm and run until dusk. The informal races are intended to work on crew development and tune our racing skills for club, regional and national events. Thistle Thursday night sailing is open to anyone interested in sailing on a high performance sailboat. |
